Functionality

Process would be as follows

1. Nominations - During this period, nominees are defined. User suggested, user selected from predefined list, admin selected, whatever...
2. Rounds of competition - Every N hoursORdaysORweeks, a new voting periods would exist. At the close of the voting period, losers are eliminated, winners continue to next round.
3. Winner(s) announced with lots of fanfare and press and so on...
